ILM Graduation Ceremony

A lovely honour to be invited to Talk Training ILM Graduation Ceremony at the Royal Mint. A fabulous event marking the hard work of students achieving the ILM level 5 Leadership and Management qualification. I had the delight to share my experience from studying level 4, level 5 and going on to complete level 7 PgDip. I also shared the benefits of joining CMI and how I obtained my CMI Level 7 strategic leadership PgCert whilst working within the NHS.

Hopefully inspiring the graduates to consider how they are going to use their qualifications, will they build better envirnoments where they currently are, or will they seize the opportunities available and take a next step on their journey.

Couldn’t resist the opportunity to plug my new book “The Zookeeper” to the students and tutors, as my ILM mentor inspired me to write the book when he changed the way I look at stakeholder management. The Zoo Keeper is available on Amazon.
